Shipping services
For the shipment we work together with PostNL, DHL, DPD. Together we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. This is often within 1 working day, if you order before 23:59, your order will often be delivered the next day! If you have not received your order after 4 days, please contact our customer service. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a PostNL, DHL, DPD Track & Trace code, which you can use to track the shipment. Your order can be delivered to your home or to another address, for example a collection point.
If you want to place an order with a value below €65, you pay €5.95 shipping costs. For shipping to Belgium and Germany, the shipping costs are € 7.95. If your order has a value of more than €65, we will take care of this! This only applies to shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium. In addition, we also ship for free to the rest of the world when you place an order with a value above €200.
You are responsible for the correct statement of the delivery address; Fitgreat is not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address (communicated with Fitgreat prior to shipment). When Fitgreat needs additional information about a delivery address, you may be contacted by Fitgreat to provide additional information. If additional information is required about the delivery address, this may lead to a delay in delivery
The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with Fitgreat until the moment of delivery at the delivery address, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
When you receive a product that you have not ordered, you must Fitgreat it as soon as possible (within 24 hours after receipt of the order) by e-mail (or via the contact page of the website) notify. You must return the product yourself after you have received instructions from Fitgreat for the return. Fitgreat
