DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS
In the event of a damaged product or if a different product than the one you ordered has been delivered, please contact our customer service for further instructions. The return costs are for us if a damaged or wrong product has been delivered to you.
Smartwatches are products that are pre-eminently intended for personal use with hygienic aspects. Think of exposure to body parts, sweat, bacteria, and so on. Hygiene or health risks are therefore associated with the use of smartwatches. That is precisely why our smartwatches are shipped in a sealed box. That is why, as a rule, our smartwatches are also excluded from the right of withdrawal once this seal has been broken (Art. 230p, f, 3 Civil Code - delivery of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery). There are always exceptions. For example, for smartwatches that are still in the packaging and of which the seal of the box has not been broken. We must always be able to assess these situations individually. It is therefore important that you always register a return request with us in advance via email@example.com , stating your order number. We can then ask you for a photo to assess the current condition of the smartwatch.
During the trial period, you may inspect and try the smartwatch to determine the nature, specifications and functioning of the product as you would in a retail store. You are liable for loss of value of returned products to the extent that such loss of value results from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, specifications and functioning of the goods. In that case, we will deduct the amount corresponding to the devaluation of the product from the purchase amount that will be refunded to you. To ensure that we receive your product safely and completely, we ask that where possible you return it in its original condition and packaging. This also helps us to process your return as quickly as possible . Since smartwatches are products for strictly personal use with hygienic aspects, it is impossible for us to resell used smartwatches. Certainly in times of corona, customers do not want to receive returned, used smartwatches.
You can return a product to us within 14 days of receipt if the above conditions are met. In any case, avoid loss of value as a result of which we would no longer be able to resell the smartwatch ourselves. The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after cancellation.
Who bears the return costs depends on the condition in which the package is returned:
- The plastic seal of the box has not been broken or removed: We will bear the return costs. Request a free return label from us via firstname.lastname@example.org or via the contact page of the website.
- The plastic seal of the box is broken and/or the box is opened: The return costs are always for the customer. Report the return via email@example.com or via the contact page of the website.
Since we are not responsible for returns that are lost, we recommend that you send your return with a tracking option. The risk of the return shipment rests with the customer..
Return shipments must always be notified to us in advance via firstname.lastname@example.org or via the contact form. After all, we must be able to check important customer data, as well as the current state of the smartwatch. If the return conditions are met, you will receive a return form from us.
It is mandatory to use the return form stating the following information:
- Name and first name
- Order number
- Order date
- Date of receipt
If you decide to return the item, the product must be returned to Fitgreat with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. Always opt for a return shipment with tracking. Fitgreat reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been registered in advance and/or returns without a return form.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS
Fitgreat's warranty policy automatically takes effect with the purchase of any Fitgreat product. Fitgreat provides 1 or 2 warranty on its products. This depends on the type of smartwatch. The warranties ensure that the products meet the standards of usability, reliability and durability.
The warranties do not apply in the event of:
• Theft or loss;
• Intentional damage;
• Damage resulting from improper use, such as scratches, bumps or drops;
• Normal wear and tear or aging of used materials; or
• Damage due to neglect.
The warranty on a watch applies to the timepiece and not to other parts such as the glass or strap. Visible wear and tear from use should be considered a normal result of use. The effects of sweating on the strap differ from person to person because of the acidity differences..
